Standard tracked courier
Smaller items go by tracked courier to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. You'll get the tracking details by email.
Lithium batteries travel under the couriers' own rules for batteries, so power stations go by services that accept them.
Heavy-item service for big batteries
Home backup batteries are heavy, so they go by a heavy-item service. We'll tell you what's included, such as delivery to your door, before you pay.

Collect in Newcastle
Prefer to pick it up? Choose collection at checkout. We send the address with your order confirmation.
Bring the confirmation, and room in the car for the box.
Where we don't deliver
We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only, not to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
When will my order arrive?
We'll show a dispatch date at checkout once ordering opens.
Can I change my mind after delivery?
Yes. You'll have 14 days to cancel after delivery, as the law allows for online orders. Our terms of sale will set out how returns work.
